This pack contains NingXia Red™, an energising, replenishing, whole wolfberry nutrient infusion (1L); Balance Complete™, a super-food-based daily energiser and nutritive cleanse (750g); Digest + Cleanse™, which soothes gastrointestinal upset and supports healthy digestion.

For breakfast, lunch and dinner take 1 Digest and Cleanse™, 1 Balance Complete ™ Shake and 60ml NingXia Red™ plus 500ml extra water. Continue this process for 5 days.
